Nescafe Dolce Gusto Skinny Cappuccino creates a top layer of frothy steamed milk, which covers a smooth and full-bodied espresso beneath. The word "Cappuccino" comes from "Cappuccini", a Fransican order of monks who wear brown hooded robes. In the case of Cappuccino, the foam acts as the hood, keeping the espresso warm, combined together, the color resembles that of the Friars' robes.
Two capsules are needed to prepare a Dolce Gusto Cappuccino, one of coffee and the other of milk. The coffee capsule contains 100% roast and ground Arabica coffee. The milk capsule contains skim milk and soy lecithin.
