A customized special flexible cloth cover that protects carriers, jigs, painting robots, etc. from paint mist and dust, mainly in the painting process of automobile factories. It is also customized as a stain prevention cover for other industrial robots and equipment.

Features

• It is a cover that expands and contracts freely vertically and horizontally by devising special long fibers and knitting method, and is lightweight and flexibly fits to any shape.
• All manufacturing processes, from the knitting process of the fabric to sewing, processing, and packaging, are managed in our own clean environment, and we pay attention to the quality as a clean product.
• All standards are soaped (refined) and flame-retardant, and are unified into products with flame-retardant performance without dust generation.
• According to our unique flame-retardant wax treatment (W type) standard, dust resistance and paint mist adsorption are further improved compared to the non-wax treatment product (N type), and the painting booth can be kept even cleaner.
• The W type prevents and reduces the fluffing of fibers due to friction during use, and also suppresses the generation of static electricity, so it demonstrates higher quality performance in addition to efficient absorption and impregnation of paint mist.
• The W type has a flame retardant performance that passes the JIS L1091 D method (coil method).
